-Ryan Olberding

Ryan assists us as a part time Claims Assistant.
Ryan is a life long Alaskan.  He is an avid sports fanatic and
a veritable walking sports encyclopedia. Ryan graduated from
UAA with a Master Degree and is teaching at Bowman
Elementary in Anchorage.  Ryan coached the South High
baseball team to two state championships.
Ryan enjoys playing softball.  He loves attending sporting
events and his favorites are college footall games, pro baseball
games in parks such as Fenway Park and Wrigley Field.  He
also loves attending hockey games.
Ryan is now a proud Papa with his new daughter Claire along
with his lovely wife Leslie.  They love to attend family events 
and hang out at the family's Beaver Lake cabin.

--Stacy LeNorman

Stacy LeNorman has lived in Alaska for over 30 years.  She has been in the accounting
field for the past twenty five years. 
She was the Accounting Manager for a native corporation for approximately 9 years.
She also worked for a major telecom company for 11 years, most recently as their
Supervisor of Treasury.
She enjoys spending time with her family, including relaxing with her family or staying
busy with a "project" at their cabin on a lake.  She enjoys Alaska's superb scenery
and loves exploring the outdoors.
Stacy especially enjoys traveling and has spanned the globe with her family and husband

--Jeff Vanman



Jeff Vanaman committed himself to honesty, integrity and public service early in his adult professional career. As a retired Lieutenant from a Metro-Atlanta law-enforcement agency, he is no stranger to working with people through the impacts of crisis situations.

In the insurance profession, Jeff's attention to detail, commitment to treating others fairly and willingness to go the extra mile serve him well. While relatively new to adjusting, his professional background has enabled him to progress quickly within his first year as an adjuster. The November 30, 2018 Anchorage Alaska earthquake provided a significant exposure and hands on experience in for Jeff as he worked claims under the guidance of experienced senior adjuster, Dave LeNorman.

Jeff looks forward to honing his skills and abilities as an insurance adjuster while continuing to gain industry knowledge and experience. He comes to the profession with a long list of professional commendations and a master’s degree in Public Safety Administration from Columbus State University.

Jeff is an avid long-distance shooter, hunter and fisherman. He enjoys traveling and new experiences, however he has decided Alaska will be his final destination as far as a place to call home. He has three grown sons and has been married to his college sweetheart, Tara, for 22 years.

--David LeNorman

David LeNorman has lived in Alaska for over 52 years and traveled the state extensively.

He's been in the claims field since 1995. Dave handles all types of claims including general liability, bodily injury, auto appraisals, heavy equipment & trucks, marine, commercial & residential property plus complex claims.
Mr. LeNorman is an accomplished adjuster involved in handling many complicated, high profile cases in Alaska. He has brought many circuitous and difficult claims to resolution. He is seasoned property adjuster for commercial and residential property claims. Dave is also an astute liability and bodily injury adjuster who has a excellent reputation in the state.
Mr. LeNorman was a Senior Adjuster for an long-time Alaskan adjusting firm for 11 years where he supervised an appraisal division and trained & supervised staff.  (Letter of recommendation on file).  He opened Alaska Adjusters in 2008 in response  to requests from many of his long time clients.
Dave enjoys a broad base of business knowledge from his experience as a consultant.  His background includes the setup and management of a manufacturing facility and a project manager for a major contractor responsible for mutli-million dollar projects all over bush Alaska. He also consulted for major a workplace safety company assisting in  administering their contract and determining logistics for the State of Alaska.
Dave first came to Alaska in 1962 and has been an Alaska resident since 1967.  Dave attended University of Alaska in Anchorage with an engineering scholarship. His credentials include certification from numerous insurance industry training curriculums including AIC, CIA, CIU. Mr. LeNorman serves on the test review board for the State of Alaska adjuster certification program.  He is also a member of the National Association
of Independent Insurance Adjusters and currently serves as the Western Region States Vice President.
Dave is an devoted family man and avid outdoorsman who loves to hunt and fish. He spends time with his family at his cabin on a lake and enjoys Alaska's majestic scenery.  He is a good humored and well traveled adventurer who believes the Book of Life is waiting to be read by exploring the world and other cultures.
